Location: Mosman, Mosman Municipal Council
Project Period: 2021-2023
Description:This heritage listed Queen Anne home was designed in 1902 by Architect Albert Herbert Hale. From 1925-1940 Hale was the Mosman Council’s architect and surveyor and in this role he also designed the Balmoral Bathers’ Pavilion and Rotunda.
The works undertaken have modernised the home with a light, calm material palette consisting of soft neutral whites, warm greys, limed oak finishes and a frosted orb lighting form. The reconfiguration of the primary bedroom included the addition of a new ensuite and custom robes.
