Alterations and additions to a classic Paddington terrace house. The renovation transformed the original home with a two storey rear addition, featuring a long glass skylight the length of the addition. The ground floor spaces were separated and defined with a screen division and glass lightwell courtyard, to create a snug living, under-stair powder room, dining and large kitchen with connection to rear courtyard. The first level added a new bedroom, family bath & laundry facilities off the level 1 hall. An original bedroom was converted into a large ensuite for the primary bedroom. The existing attic bedroom was retained.
